Last-minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. Guests are asked to reserve their appointments with a credit card. Spa services and packages require a 72-hour cancellation notice. All other services require a 24-hour cancellation notice. The entire service price will be charged to guests who fail to show for their appointment or who do not cancel within the time frames listed above. This will also apply to all gift certificates.
